As a small, family-owned and operated tree care company, we pride ourselves on providing every client with the same level of personalized attention, care, and professional expertise.

Mario’s passion for tree care took root more than three decades ago.
As an immigrant who arrived in the U.S. with limited English, Mario began his journey in the early ’90s as a humble groundsman. Through determination, hard work, and a genuine love for the craft , he steadily grew his skills — learning the art of proper pruning, and eventually gaining the confidence to take on those ten-foot-plus climbs high into the canopy!
He often jokes about how he misses climbing and hanging out surrounded by in nature:
“It’s a lot quieter up there — just me, the trees, & a killer view! Plus, it kept me in Top shape!
There was No need to go to the gym after." -Mario (chuckling)
As his English improved, so did his ability to connect with clients. Over time, Mario earned the role of Lead Sales Supervisor at a well-respected tree care company.
After nearly 25 years of dedication, he knew it was time to take his knowledge and expertise and branch out on his own. & In late 2019, MTTC was born — just as the world was about to change with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Office Manager & CFO
Jae, Mario’s eldest son, has been with MTTC since day one.
With a degree in Business Administration, Jae helped bring MTTC into the digital age by building the company website and implementing modern invoicing and payment systems.
As CFO & Office Manager, he plays a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes —handling client communications, scheduling, financial oversight, and managing all online platforms.
Outside the office, Jae is a self-proclaimed murder mysteries and historical
documentaries aficionado. Beyond the screen he's a dedicated high school soccer coach—
proudly mentoring student-athletes for over a decade.
When he’s not on the soccer field, you’ll likely find him unwinding at home with his two beloved cats, enjoying some well-earned downtime and a good Netflix binge.

Co-Founder & Vice President
Patricia ("Paty"), MTTC's V.P & Mario’s wife of over 30 years, has been by his side through every
step of the journey. With a heart as steady as her support, Paty encouraged
Mario to take a chance on himself — playing a key role in helping him pursue and ultimately achieve his version of the American Dream.
Whether helping in the office, stopping by job sites to check on the crew (often with snacks in hand), or just making sure everything’s running smoothly, Paty’s constant presence brings warmth and balance to MTTC. She embodies the heart of our company: family values, hard work, and a deep love for helping communities grow.
Her involvement is a constant reminder that MTTC is more than just a tree service company — we're a family committed to honest, high-quality tree care & preserving the natural beauty of our environment.
